WHEREBY IT IS AGREED that for a consideration of £ _________________________ receipt of which the Vendor hereby acknowledges the Vendor agrees to sell and the Purchaser agrees to purchase the kitten described herein under the GCCF or TICA registered name of CWMDARRAN and the purchaser covenants:-

When sold as having breeding potential, no responsibility can be accepted by the breeder should the kitten fail to succeed as a breeding adult. If sold as having show potential, the breeder cannot guarantee the success of the kitten in competitions.

No responsibility will be accepted for damage, disease or illness occurring after purchase. Kittens are insured from the day they leave us for 4 weeks and we strongly recommend you to continue with an insurance company of your choice. The breeder cannot be held accountable for vet bills arising from unforeseen problems or diseases arising from stress or otherwise. (this is what your insurance is for) We do care about our kittens health and strive to breed from disease free cats but no breeder can guarantee or predict a kittens future health, we would never knowingly home a kitten with any health conditions, should you have an unforeseen problem no matter how small please contact us.

All kittens are sold in good faith, having been health checked by our vet and to the best of our knowledge sound, healthy and typical of his/her breed.

That you will provide love and care throughout his/her life and continue with boosters/worm and flea treatment and a sensible diet. That under no circumstances will the purchased cat/kitten be placed in a shelter, or abandoned and should be returned to seller.
